Following a major internal refurbishment at the end of 2004 Pwll Du Adventure Centre is available all year round (weather permitting) to Youth Groups, Schools and Voluntary Organisations. The Centre is self catered and self staffed although a Centre Manager is available to talk to groups about their needs and help devise an activity programme if required. Accommodation
• Reception area for boot storage and coats.
• Kitchen - there is a gas cooker, combination microwave, fridge freezer and pantry. Kitchen utensils,
cooking equipment, plates, bowls etc are provided.
• Lounge area with a picture window overlooking the Sugar Loaf Mountain.
• Main room for dining and also has a games area with a pool table.
• Dormitories, two leaders rooms with sleeping for three and four dormitories with sleeping for 18.
• There are four showers and toilets including disabled facilities.
• Drying room.
Equipment we provide
Kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, plates, bowls, mugs and cutlery. Pillows are provided BUT NOT Pillowcases. First Aid Kit
Groups need to bring
Washing up liquid, dishcloths, T-towels, matches for lighting the cooker, sleeping bags and pillow cases, toilet roll, towels and soap.
