Abseiling
Personal challenge providing a tremendous sense of achievement. Various locations locally and at our South Wales Centre. Recommended to be used as a second activity following rock climbing where confidence can develop and a greater control over the descent.
Abseiling off the centre building can sometimes be arranged and would be part of a team day.

Health and Safety
Activities are taught by qualified and experienced instructors and/or youth workers and has developed a comprehensive risk management policy.
The Centre holds a licence to provide Adventure Activities and meet the requirements laid down by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA). More about what holding a licence means can be found on the Licensing Authorities website.
